PHILOSOPHY

“Garden to Glass” is a concept with its roots in the “Farm to Table” movement. The term denotes a cocktail program where the utmost care is taken to work with local farms and seasonal ingredients to produce superior cocktails. The Parlour embraces this concept through our work with local farms and our seasonally changing menus.
The Parlour has also been recognized by Slow Foods First Coast as the first cocktail bar to be awarded a “Snail of Approval” for our work with local farms.
We continue to strive everyday to support our local farms as well as other local businesses including breweries, coffee roasters, and distilleries.

LIBATIONS

We believe that great drinks start with superior ingredients, the right equipment, and a love for the art of bartending. We start with what we consider to be Craft Spirits, or spirits made in small batches by master distillers both domestically and abroad. Then we focus on the art or craft of bartending to produce unique experiences in every glass with all of the high quality ingredients at our disposal.
